It’s easily accessible from the capital, San José, by several transportation options.

Planning & Activities
This is a highlight of the activities that we have planned for you. It is not a full list, as we want to give you a glimpse into what you can expect but want to leave room for some surprises.
There is no need to have any prior experience for any of our activities.
We are making sure that we meet you exactly where you are. If you have any questions or would like more information, feel free to reach out and talk to us!
DIVING
Diving allows you to discover a new universe. You don’t have to fly to the moon, to explore a new planet.
During a discovery dive, you will be able to visit the underwater world of the pacific ocean and see underwater life with your own eyes.
Diving connects you to the ocean’s wisdom and immerses you in its rich rich aquatic realm.
Rafa is our underwater expert and dive instructor who will guide you safely through a pool preparation session, before we head out to the open ocean the day after.
You will learn how to breathe and to safely navigate under water.
SURFING
During surfing, you need to tune in with the waves. Thinking you can master the ocean won’t work. Every wave is different. The ocean decides.
Surfing is not only physical. It has mental and emotional components and you way of breathing plays a crucial role.
Your board beneath you, finding your balance, and trying to stand up. Surfing connects you with nature and with yourself in a fun (and sometimes challeng-ing) way.
All of our instructors are locals, born and raised on the peninsula, feeling at home in the ocean.
You will get instructions about surf etiquette and ocean dynamics before going out to play in the waves.
YOGA
Yoga builds a bridge between your mind and your body.
It is part of a somatic practice that allows you to tap into your bodies wisdom. You not only do something good for your muscles and tissues, but you are able to unlock and release trauma and tap into your bodies intuition.
We include pranayama and meditation into our yoga practices, to allow for a curious look into your inner world.
There are several forms of yoga, ones that make you sweat and activate your muscles, others that allow for a deep stretch of your tissues and slow your mind down.
Maddy and Tati are experienced yoga instructors, each with their own tone of voice, guiding through different flows.
BREATHWORK JOURNEYS
Breathwork can feel like a deep meditation where your body physically responds to changes in CO2 and oxygen levels.
It allows you to reach altered states of consciousness, that are often only achievable through yearly practices of meditation or psychedlics. It helps by finding out what currently needs attentions in your life, by releasing old trauma and connection with your intuition.
Conscious Connected Breathwork can support reducing anxiety, improve your sleep and decrease your stress level.
Tati is a certified trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator who will guide you through deep and transformative Breathwork journeys.
ANIMAL FLOW
Animal Flow is a dynamic workout combining four-point ground contact with full-body core training, Seamlessly transitioning from one animal-inspired position to another.
Using only your body weight, you transition between four contact points, your hands and feet, down to three or two. You move mindfully, engaging every muscle in your body, no matter how small.
Through this movement, we unleash our inner animal.
COOKING WORKSHOP
Nothing brings people together like good food. Great food and the warmth of gathering around a kitchen island.
Our hands explore the natural textures, while our minds get a chance to wander.
Cooking is a creative act that is all about connection and amazing tastes.
Lore, one of the founders, is a born host and has extensive experience working with food and flavors. We work with fresh, local ingredients.
